We do not take exchange of return after the order is placed. All products go through a quality check prior to dispatch. In the rare case you receive a damaged product, we will either replace or refund for the damaged product. *(Video Proof Is must)*

You need to notify us within 2 working days (max 4 working days) in case you receive a damaged product. Notification can be through WhatsApp (9500846198) or email (skfashionwears67@gmail.com) along with photos of the damaged piece.

The damaged product should be returned to our warehouse to facilitate any exchange or refund, or as decided by the management.

Our liability ends at the point of first delivery. If you arrange for onward transit of the shipment received from us, we will not be responsible for any discrepancy arising in that.
